FITNESS

There are 4 levels of fitness that you can achieve.  During the the training year there are several times that you can work towards badge levels.  There are slightly different requirements between male and female cadets.  See the charts below to see what is needed for the different levels for both male and female.  Physical fitness helps in many areas of life.  By being physically fit, it will help you strive to do better.  You feel better in all aspects of life including family, relationships and even school!
